Liz Gowins
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer for Fulcrum Residential, Liz is responsible for overseeing the team’s operations and ensuring every client’s experience is exceptional. Liz joined Fulcrum in September 2014 after eight years in client-focused roles at Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado. Prior to that, she managed marketing and accounting for her family’s home building business. She also served at Pro Group, Inc., a marketing and advertising firm, for seven years. She holds a degree from Michigan State University in Advertising, and lives in Colorado with her sons Jack and Dylan, three wonderful dogs, and the occasional foster puppy.
