Paul leads Fulcrum's real estate teams in NW Washington, DC and Montgomery County, also serving as the team's lead agent in the Dupont Circle location. After practicing law for more than a decade at Squire Patton Boggs and O’Melveny & Myers, Paul returned to his passion of real estate. His background in law gives Paul a fantastic knowledge base, a deep skill for negotiation, and an amazing ability to listen to his clients. Though he has lived in numerous states and multiple foreign countries, Paul is proud to call Washington, DC home longer than anywhere else. When not hard at work to meet the needs of his clients, you can find him acting at one of the area's theaters, in front of the camera on a shoot, or taking advantage of one of the many incredible outdoor activities that help make this area so special. Paul attended the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, then attended the University of Michigan Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctor. Paul is licensed in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
