James is a keystone of Fulcrum, bringing together the original team and driving its early-stage growth. Originally licensed in the early 2000s, James built an incredible individual real estate career before growing a team. His commitment to community, loyalty in relationships, and incredible work ethic are some of Fulcrum's lasting core values.

He served as the main sales agent and Fulcrum's driving force of growth from 2012 to 2015 before relocating to Bend, OR. In Oregon, he launched a successful second Fulcrum location, serving hundreds of clients over a seven-year period. In late 2022, he returned to the East Coast, settling in Charlottesville, VA to maintain a small-town feel and mountain-life vibe.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Jim is still connected to Pennsylvania by his tight-knit family, Steelers football, and Penguins hockey. His downtime is filled with outdoor activities and travel, accompanied by his partner, Nora.
