SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST August 1st 2025 and ends 11:59 PM EST August 18th, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (i.e. 19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years old in Mississippi) (“Entrant”).

Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Fulcrum Property Group’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW: To participate in the Sweepstakes, an Entrant must follow the steps in Section 4 to register during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes includes one (1) First Prize drawing for a USD $100 restaurant gift card. By registering for the Sweepstakes, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Winners, determined in accordance with Section 5, will be announced on the Sponsor’s webinar. All VISA giftcards

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant must register for the webinar by submitting the information requested on the registration form, which may include, without limitation: their first and last name (initials are not permitted), email address, mailing address, ZIP Code, telephone number, date of birth, and confirmation that they have read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Upon submission of the registration information, the Entrant must then follow the on-screen instructions and click “REGISTER”. Limit: An Entrant may only register for the Sweepstakes once.

IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF AN ENTRANT PARTICIPATES IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES ON THEIR MOBILE DEVICE. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER'S PRICING PLANS. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants who are unable or unwilling to enter the Sweepstakes via the method described in Section 4.a may alternatively enter by contacting Sponsor’s representative shown in Section 11 of these Official Rules.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Prize: On or about August 19, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Winner for the Prize from among all Entrants who completed the registration during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Prize: The prizes are one 8 Visa gift cards.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Winners will be announced: August 19th at 1pm. Sponsor will further contact Winners by methods provided at entry. Prize(s) will be mailed to the Winners at the physical addresses (U.S. addresses only, P.O. Boxes are not permitted) provided at the time of registration roughly 2 to 3 weeks from verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Winner shall be solely responsible for payment of taxes, other costs, and expenses not expressly outlined herein. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing if requested) that the Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, Twitter, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, webmasters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for any damages of any kind arising out of this sweepstake or these Official Rules.
