Being a professional actor, Alex is Fulcrums' most likely candidate to host an HGTV series, but his understanding of the home buying and selling process is too deep for such a choreographed endeavor.  Alex knows that there's much more to a real estate transaction than what what appears on the small screen, but his tenacious work ethic and commitment to client service do make the process seem like magic. Alex grew up on the outskirts of Northern Virginia, and attended James Madison University to study Theatre, where he met his wife, Maddie. They spent the next five years in Atlanta and NYC pursuing their dreams of acting, before deciding to move back home, in the hopes of starting a family near their own! Alex has an affinity for hard work, hustle, and attention to detail that was honed through his time in the entertainment industry, as well as an intense focus on client satisfaction and community building sharpened by his years as a bartender. You'd also be hard-pressed to find someone with better recommendations for what to serve at your housewarming party! In his off time, you're likely to find Alex with Maddie walking their dog George, checking out new wineries, or experimenting with new recipes.
